Can I add to/change my order before it ships?Updated 2 months ago

Due to our strict inventory guidelines, we are unable to make any modifications to orders after they are placed. Switching models or designs is simply not possible with our tight shipping timelines and limited inventory. 

If there is a mistake with your order, please reply to your order confirmation email to cancel the order. We then recommend placing a new order for the proper items!

Please note that we cannot cancel orders once the label has been printed.
