When our cases just don't meet our rigorous quality checks, we send them over to our friends at Trash Panda, who then recycle Loopy® Cases into disc golf discs!

Trash Panda has recycled over 30,000 lbs. (not all ours!) of plastic into disc golf discs, diverting a pound of plastic every 2.5 minutes! In other words, they've recycled the weight of 9,436 toasters, 18,871 squirrels, or 2,264,560 marshmallows (which is a lot of marshmallows, if you ask us!)

Frequently Asked Questions:

• How do I purchase a label to return my cases?

  • You can purchase a return label on our website HERE! You will receive a physical label in the mail, along with packaging to mail your return cases back to Loopy.

  • **Please include your name and email in your package so we can send your reward once we receive your cases!

• Do I have to return the Loop or Microfiber Dust Bag that comes with the case?

  • Nope! The only requirement for the program is the case. You are more than welcome to include the preinstalled Loop or Dust Bag if you'd like us to recycle them for you, but it’s completely optional.

• Can I send back a non-Loopy case?

  • Right now, we can only accept Loopy Cases for our recycling program.

• How many cases can I send back with the '10+ Cases' label?

  • The “10+ Cases” label can fit about 25 Loopy Cases in the packaging that will be provided! If you have a larger stash of 25+ cases you'd like to recycle, please email us at [email protected]!

• Can I send cases back without using your label?

  • Of course! You’re welcome to send back your cases through any shipping carrier. Please address your shipment to:

• What kind of mailer do I use to send the cases back?

  • Great question! When purchasing a return label through our website, we will mail you the return label and packaging to return your cases back to Loopy.

  • If you are not purchasing a label through our website but would still like to participate, we designed our Loopy Bubble Mailer to come with a double seal, so that it can be reused to send back any cases for this program! If you do not have a Loopy mailer handy, you can mail back in any poly mailer or appropriate-sized box. 
    ***Please DO NOT mail your cases back to Loopy using a Priority or Express mailer from USPS!

• What kind of reward do I receive for recycling through Loopy's Recycling Program?

  • 1-5 Cases Returned: a $5 Loopy Cases gift card + Unique Recycling Loop ONLY available through this program + Stickers!

  • 6-9 Cases Returned: a $10 Loopy Cases gift card + Unique Recycling Loop ONLY available through this program + Stickers!

  • 10+ Cases Returned: a $15 Loopy Cases gift card + Unique Recycling Loop ONLY available through this program + a Disc Golf made out of Recycled Loopy Cases + Stickers!

• How long does it take to receive my reward?

  • Our team will reach out via email once we process your cases at Loopy HQ! Once processed, your reward will be sent out within 3-5 business days.

• What if I live outside the US?

  • Unfortunately, we are not able to issue labels for international customers, but you can still send your cases directly to us!
