Our cables are made with premium, durable, braided nylon sheathing to protect against rips, tears, or breaks. Our cables are also covered under our Lifetime Guarantee, so if at any time your Loopy Charging Cable does not live up to the incredible expectations we have for it, please let us know, and we will be happy to send out a replacement!
What is covered?
- If your Charging Cable breaks at any time, we will replace it under our Loopy Lifetime Guarantee!
*Before a replacement can be sent, a photo will need to be provided with one end of the charging cord cut off to show that the defective charging cable can no longer be used.
What is not covered?
The following instances are not subject to warranty:
- Incorrect size purchased
- Loss or theft of product
- Damage from accidents (ex, damage from pets, car accidents, etc.)

Additional Warranty Details:
- A photo is required to initiate all warranty claims.
- All items must be purchased directly from LoopyCases.com and have proof of purchase (valid order number) for a product to qualify for our warranty.
- Warranties are not transferable; therefore, items purchased via 3rd party (i.e. online swaps/resellers, purchased secondhand from another individual, etc.) are not subject to our Lifetime Guarantee.
- If any product is damaged through delivery or arrives in damaged condition, we must be made aware within 3 days of the marked delivery date.
- Any damage outside of this timeframe will be attributed to wear and use of the product.
- This is a replacement-only warranty. No refunds will be issued.
- Loopy Customer Support reserves the right to determine if a product qualifies for a warranty.
- Loopy Customer Support reserves the right to regulate the selection choice of a replacement product.
