We accept returns for new and unused items within 35 days of purchase! To ensure the most accurate inventory, we are not accepting exchanges.

Gift returns are refunded in the form of a gift card to our website. Your gift card will be available as soon as your return is processed at Loopy HQ! You will receive an email to your specified email address with your gift card code. 

Please note, for a gift return, you will need the following information from the original purchaser: Order Number (Begins with PKS), Postal Code of where the item(s) were shipped, and the Purchaser's Full Name.

*Please note that Loopy does not cover return shipping costs; the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable.

If a Loopy case is sent back without the original loop or microfiber bag, or if a tempered glass is returned opened, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a return/refund. 

Returns must be postmarked for return within 35 days of the order date, otherwise, your return will not be processed. Refunds are issued only after we have received and processed your return at Loopy HQ.
