We partner with Corso to provide hassle-free solutions to issues during the shipping process once your package leaves Loopy HQ that are outside of our control, such as lost, stolen, or damaged items. If these things happen, Corso helps you avoid going through the long, drawn-out claim process with the carrier and works to get a reorder out to you right away. This service also contributes to a verified carbon offset project to make your shipment carbon neutral.

-How Much is Green Shipping Protection for my order?

Green shipping protection is a $0.98 add-on at checkout for orders under $100. For orders over $100, the price will vary on the items and quantities in your cart. This cost is listed in the shipping cost at checkout. 

-Do I have to purchase Green Shipping Protection when purchasing?

You do not have to purchase Green Shipping Protection with your order, but we do highly recommend this just in case anything goes awry while your package is in transit.

Please note that if Green Shipping Protection is not purchased with your order, Loopy is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged products during transit, and a claim must be filed directly with the carrier.
