Help! I put the wrong address at checkout- can I change it?Updated 25 days ago

We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is a very small window to make any changes to an order. 

If your order has not been printed and you need to make a change to the shipping address on your order, please contact us directly at [email protected] or via our contact form HERE with your order number and correct shipping address ASAP. We cannot guarantee that an address change can be made.

However, if your order has been printed, it is extremely challenging to track down any order. Therefore, we cannot edit any orders from this point forward

If Corso's Green Shipping Protection was purchased on your order, please file a claim directly with Corso. With the help of our partner, Corso, they’ll be able to get you taken care of for you!

  • To get started, please start your claim through the Green Shipping Claims Dashboard.
    • You need your order number (Starts with PKS..) and email address on file for the order. From there, your claim is submitted!
