How Do I File A Claim For a Missing Purchase with Green Shipping Protection?Updated 10 months ago

We have partnered with Corso Green Shipping Protection to ensure that your order makes it to you smoothly! If you have any trouble receiving a shipment where Green Shipping Protection was purchased, please file a claim directly with Corso or reach out to us at [email protected] so we can help set this up for you!

Important Notes-

  • You can start your claim through the Green Shipping Protection Claims Dashboard. 
  • To file your claim, you will need your Order Number (starts with PKS...) as well as the email used to purchase. 
  • Once your claim is submitted, Corso's rockstar customer support team will get back to you ASAP! We want to get you back in the Loop as quickly as we can! 

*Please note that if Green Shipping Protection was not purchased with your order, a claim must be filed directly with the shipping carrier for any missing packages.
