How do I submit a warranty claim?Updated a month ago

Please reach out to our customer support team through our contact form HERE to file a warranty claim, or email us at [email protected] and include the following:

  • First/Last name on the order
  • Original Order Number
  • 1-3 clear/focused photos showing the defect in bright lighting 
  • Description of the defect
  • Shipping address
  • Phone model

To assist in the review and verification of warranty claims, Loopy Cases Customer Support may request additional documentation, including clear, uncut video submissions, before a claim can be approved.

Additional Warranty Details:

  • A photo is required to initiate all warranty claims.
  • All photos submitted are screened for authenticity. Any signs of digital alteration or AI generation will result in further claim review and scrutiny. Loopy Cases reserves the right to request an unedited video to verify any claim.
  • All items must be purchased directly from LoopyCases.com and have proof of purchase (valid order number) for a product to qualify for our warranty. 
  • Warranties are not transferable; therefore, items purchased via 3rd party (i.e. online swaps/resellers, purchased secondhand from another individual, etc.) are not subject to our Lifetime Guarantee. 
  • If any product is damaged through delivery or arrives in damaged condition, we must be made aware within 3 days of the marked delivery date
    • Any damage outside of this timeframe will be attributed to wear and use of the product.
  • This is a replacement-only warranty. No refunds will be issued.
  • Loopy Customer Support reserves the right to determine if a product qualifies for a warranty.
  • Loopy Customer Support reserves the right to regulate the selection choice of a replacement product.
