Lifetime Guarantee, ExplainedUpdated 16 days ago

At Loopy Cases, we’re committed to offering high-quality products that protect your devices! We stand behind the durability and craftsmanship of every product we offer, with each product designed to last for the entire lifetime of your device while keeping it looking like new.

This article explains key terms you might see in our product’s warranty policies that can help you best understand what is covered and what is not under our Loopy Lifetime Guarantee.

Our Loopy Lifetime Guarantee covers all manufacturing defects. A manufacturing defect is defined as a flaw in materials or craftsmanship that occurs during production, causing the product to not perform or function as intended.

In the context of our warranty, normal wear and tear is defined as gradual, expected signs of use that happen over time when a product is used as intended. Simply put, this is the natural way a product ages from continuous, everyday use.

Think about how often you reach for your phone; on average, people pick up their device over 100 times per day! With that much daily handling, it’s normal for small signs of use to appear over time, just like a favorite pair of shoes that shows a little wear after being worn every day.

The following examples include, but are not limited to, what would be considered normal wear and tear and not subject to warranty.

  • Scuffing, scratching, and/or the discoloration of cases or case bumpers after 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Peeling of your Loopy Case’s finish after one year from the purchase date.

  • Damage from drops

  • Damage from accidents

If you have any questions about whether something is covered under warranty, do not hesitate to reach out to our team with a photo of the issue! You can reach our team at [email protected]! Please note that a photo and proof of purchase from our website are required to initiate a warranty claim.
