Just a heads-up, it is very common to have tracking jump the gun and prematurely mark a package delivered. USPS may deliver your order within the next 72 hours, slightly behind. 

• If Corso Green Shipping Protection was purchased on your order, please file a claim directly with Corso. 
  • To get started, please start your claim through the Green Shipping Claims Dashboard.
    • You need your order number (Starts with PKS..) and email address on file for the order.
  • From there, your claim is submitted! The team at Corso will help you get a full resolution :)
