We use some of the highest quality materials known in the industry for our Super Loops to ensure that they are super strong, yet flexible and highly comfortable. However, even with our high-quality materials, Loops can still experience wear and tear over time, especially since the average person uses their phone over 100 times per day!

To prolong the life of your Loop, we encourage you to wipe down/wash your case occasionally with warm, soapy water to get rid of any debris that may build up in the loopholes and potentially cause issues!

What is covered?

  • If your Loop breaks or tears at any time, we will replace it under our Loopy Lifetime Guarantee!

What is not covered?

The following instances are considered personal preference and/or normal wear and tear and are not subject to warranty:

  • Loss or theft of product
  • Damage from accidents (ex: damage from pets, car accidents, etc.)
  • Lack of marbling on a Marble Loop
    • Every marble Loop is hand-made; therefore, the marbling will be unique for each. Our quality control team ensures that each handmade marble Loop contains marbling that meets our quality standards.

Additional Warranty Details:

  • If your Loop qualifies for a replacement, it will be replaced by the same color Loop. Special considerations can be made for Loops that are out of stock.
  • A photo is required to initiate all warranty claims.
  • All items must be purchased directly from LoopyCases.com and have proof of purchase (valid order number) for a product to qualify for our warranty. 
  • Warranties are not transferable; therefore, items purchased via 3rd party (i.e. online swaps/resellers, purchased secondhand from another individual, etc.) are not subject to our Lifetime Guarantee. 
  • If any product is damaged through delivery or arrives in damaged condition, we must be made aware within 3 days of the marked delivery date. Any damage outside of this timeframe will be attributed to wear and use of the product.
  • This is a replacement-only warranty. No refunds will be issued.
  • Your Loop MUST be installed on a Loopy Case to receive a warranty replacement. 
  • Loopy Customer Support reserves the right to determine if a product qualifies for a warranty.
  • Loopy Customer Support reserves the right to regulate the selection choice of a replacement product.
  • Replacement Loops do not come with tracking and can take up to 10 business days to arrive.
