Tracking states that my order was delivered, but I haven't received my package.Updated a month ago

We are so sorry you have not received your package. We are here to help! 

Just a heads-up, it is very common to have tracking jump the gun and prematurely mark a package delivered, or accidentally deliver to a neighbor by mistake. USPS will most likely deliver your order within the next 72 hours, slightly behind. 

If your order has not arrived after 72 hours of the marked delivery date, we'd love to further investigate!
