Our watchbands feature our top-quality silicone rubber, velvety soft finish, and are designed so that no metal touches your skin when installed. 

What is covered?

• Broken connector piece from the watchband to the watch
• Silicone tearing from the watchband to the watch
• Design rub-off

What’s not covered?

• Lack of marbling
  • Each watchband is hand-made; therefore, the marbling will be unique for each.
• Incorrect size purchased
• Loss or theft of product
• Damage from accidents (ex, damage from pets, car accidents, etc.)

To assist in the review and verification of warranty claims, Loopy Cases Customer Support may request additional documentation, including clear, uncut video submissions, before a claim can be approved.

Additional Warranty Details:

• All photos submitted are screened for authenticity. Any signs of digital alteration or AI generation will result in further claim review and scrutiny. Loopy Cases reserves the right to request an unedited video to verify any claim.
• A photo is required to initiate all warranty claims.
• All items must be purchased directly from LoopyCases.com and have proof of purchase (valid order number) for a product to qualify for our warranty. 
• Warranties are not transferable; therefore, items purchased via 3rd party (i.e. online swaps/resellers, purchased secondhand from another individual, etc.) are not subject to our Lifetime Guarantee. 
• If any product is damaged through delivery or arrives in damaged condition, we must be made aware within 3 days of the marked delivery date. 
  • Any damage outside of this timeframe will be attributed to wear and use of the product.
• This is a replacement-only warranty. No refunds will be issued.
• Loopy Customer Support reserves the right to determine if a product qualifies for a warranty.
• Loopy Customer Support reserves the right to regulate the selection choice of a replacement product.
