If we sent you the incorrect item or your package is missing an item, please contact us HERE within 3 days of receiving your order and provide your full name, a photo of the packing slip, and the item(s) you received by accident or that are missing. 

*Photos of the packing slip and item(s) received MUST be provided.

Please note: All photos submitted are screened for authenticity. Any signs of digital alteration or AI generation will result in further claim review and scrutiny. Loopy Cases reserves the right to request an unedited video to verify any claim.
