Why haven’t I received my order confirmation?Updated 2 months ago

If you have not received your order confirmation email, your order was likely placed through one of our express payment methods- like ShopPay, Apple Pay, PayPal, or Amazon Pay. Your order confirmation email will be sent to the email that is associated with the express payment method.

We suggest checking your spam or promotional folder in your inbox, just in case the email went there by mistake! 

If you are unable to locate it, please reach out to our customer support team at [email protected] or via our contact form HERE with your name, email, and shipping address. We will check to make sure your order went through and if there was possibly a typo in the email entered at checkout. If so, we can get that fixed for you, or let you know if there was an issue with your order being placed!
