We accept returns and exchanges for items in like-new condition within 35 days of purchase!

You will need your order number (begins with PKS) and the email used to place the order to generate a return! You can also use your phone number or zip code!

If a Loopy case is sent back without the original Loop or microfiber bag, or if a tempered glass is returned opened, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. Used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a refund.

If returning, refunds are issued only after we have received and processed your return at Loopy HQ. If you no longer have access to the original payment method used to place your order, a Loopy store credit will be issued. If store credit is selected as the refund method, it will be sent via email to the email on file for the order once the return is processed. A refund method cannot be edited after it has been processed.

If exchanging, Loopy will cover the cost of your return shipping label to mail your order back; however, a $4.95 shipping fee will apply to your new order. Your exchange order will ship out from Loopy once USPS scans your return package and tracking shows it's on its way to Loopy HQ.

*Loopy is not responsible for any return shipping issues. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
