We accept returns and exchanges for items in like-new condition within 30 days of purchase. If an incorrect item was received, please reach out to us directly within 3 days of delivery.

You will need your order number (starting with PKS) and the email address used to place the order to generate a return. You can also use your phone number or zip code.

Loopy reserves the right to evaluate and approve or decline any return requests.
Return Requirements-
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- Items must be in like-new condition to qualify for return. Loopy reserves the right to evaluate and approve/decline all return requests.
- Used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a refund.
- Returns will not be accepted outside 30 days of purchase.
- All items must be purchased directly from LoopyCases.com and have proof of purchase (valid order number) for a return to be generated.
Return Details:
- Refunds are issued once your return is received and processed at Loopy HQ.
- Refund methods cannot be changed once processed.
- The cost of original shipping and return shipping is not covered by Loopy and will be deducted from your final refund.
- Restocking Fee: missing original Loops, missing microfiber bags, or opened tempered glass → 25% deduction from refund.
Exchange Details:
- A $4.95 shipping fee will apply to your exchange order.
- Your exchange order will ship once USPS scans your return package and tracking shows it’s on the way to Loopy HQ. Exchanges do not ship until the return is sent back.
- Our system is set up to allow a max of two exchanges on an order.
⚠ PLEASE NOTE:
- We do ask that all returns and exchanges be shipped out within 14 days of label creation. If not, your label is susceptible to expiration.
- Return labels are set for USPS Ground Advantage shipping only.
- Loopy Cases is not responsible for any postage due fees charged by USPS if an alternative label is used. Any postage due is taken out of your final refund.
- Loopy is not responsible for return shipping issues.
- If utilizing the USPS return drop box, we find that tracking can be delayed depending on pick-up schedules per location. We recommend getting a physical receipt showing the drop-off details.
- If a package is lost in transit, we are only able to issue a refund via store credit.
