We want you to love your Loopy! If not, we accept returns and exchanges for items in like-new condition within 35 days of purchase. 

Please visit our Loopy Return Portal to start your return or exchange! 
You will need your order number (starting with PKS) and the email address used to place the order to generate a return. You can also use your phone number or zip code.

Return Requirements-

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

• Items must be in like-new condition to qualify for return.
• Opened tempered glass screen protectors, as well as missing original Loop or dust bag, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a refund.

Refund Details:

• Refunds are issued once your return is received and processed at Loopy HQ.
• Refund methods cannot be changed once processed.
• Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.
• Restocking Fee: missing original Loops, missing microfiber bags, or opened tempered glass → 25% deduction from refund.

Exchange Details:

• Loopy covers the cost of your return shipping label.
• A $4.95 shipping fee applies to your exchange order.
• Your exchange order will ship once USPS scans your return package and tracking shows it’s on the way to Loopy HQ.

⚠Please Note:

• Return shipping labels are valid for 28 days. Please ship out your package within that timeframe.
• Loopy is not responsible for return shipping issues. If a package is lost in transit, we are only able to issue a refund via store credit.
• Loopy reserves the right to evaluate and approve/decline all return requests.
