We accept returns for new and unused items within 35 days of purchase! 

Gift returns are refunded in the form of a gift card to our website. Your gift card will be available as soon as your return is processed at Loopy HQ! You will receive an email to your specified email address with your gift card code.

DOMESTIC (Within the US): Please follow the link HERE to begin a return. 

You'll need to select "Returning a Gift?". You will then need to enter the original order number (begins with PKS) and the original purchaser's email, zip code, or phone number to generate a return. 

If you do not have this information, please fill out the Gift Request Form under "Don't have your order information". One of our agents will follow up within 3 business days.
