We accept returns on new, unused items within 30 days of purchase! We do not offer international exchanges.  

Please visit our Loopy Return Portal to start your return! 
You will need your order number (starting with PKS) and the email address used to place the order to generate a return. You can also use your phone number or zip code.

Return Requirements-

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must be in like-new condition to qualify for return.
  • Opened tempered glass screen protectors, as well as missing original Loop or dust bag, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a refund.

Refund Details:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping (determined through our return center) will be deducted from your final refund amount.
  • Restocking Fee: Missing Loop, missing microfiber bag, or opened tempered glass → 25% deduction from refund.
  • Refunds are issued once your return is received and processed at Loopy HQ.
  • Refund methods cannot be changed once processed.

⚠ Please Note:

  • Loopy is not responsible for return shipping issues. If a package is lost in transit, we can only issue a refund as store credit.

If an order arrived damaged or incorrect items were sent, please reach out to our team at [email protected] with a photo of the item(s) received and your packing slip within 3 days of delivery.
