We accept returns for new and unused items within 35 days of purchase! To ensure the most accurate inventory, we are not accepting exchanges.

Please visit our International Return Portal to return your order! You will need your order number (begins with GE) and the email used to place the order to generate a return!

*Please note that Loopy does not cover return shipping costs; the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. 

Returns must be postmarked within 35 days of the order date to be processed. Otherwise, your return will not be accepted. 

If a Loopy case is sent back without the original loop or microfiber bag, or if a tempered glass is returned opened, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount. Used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are issued only after we have received and processed your return at Loopy HQ. If you no longer have access to the original payment method used to place your order, a Loopy store credit will be issued. If store credit is selected as the refund method, it will be sent via email to the email on file for the order once the return is processed. A refund method cannot be edited after it has been processed.

*Loopy is not responsible for any return shipping issues. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
