We accept returns for new and unused items within 35 days of purchase! To ensure the most accurate inventory, we are not accepting exchanges.

Please visit our International Return Portal to return your order! You will need your order number (begins with GE) and email used to place the order to generate a return!

*Please note that Loopy does not cover return shipping costs; the cost of shipping will be deducted from the final refund amount. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. 

If a Loopy case is sent back without the original loop or microfiber bag, or if a tempered glass is returned opened, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Also, used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a return/refund.

Returns must be postmarked for return within 35 days of the order date, otherwise, your return will not be processed. Unfortunately, international returns cannot be refunded via store credit, only to the original payment method. Refunds are issued only after we have received and processed your return at Loopy HQ.
