We accept returns for new and unused items within 35 days of purchase! We do not offer international exchanges.
Please visit our International Return Portal to return your order! You will need your order number (starting with GE) and the email address used to place the order to generate a return.

Return Requirements-
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be in like-new condition to qualify for return.
- Opened tempered glass screen protectors, as well as missing original Loop or dust bag, are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- Used/applied tempered glass is not eligible for a refund.
Refund Details:
- Refunds are issued once your return is received and processed at Loopy HQ.
- Refund methods cannot be changed once processed.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Loopy can only process a refund to the original payment method. If you would rather opt for store credit, please reach out to our team prior to sending back your return.
- Restocking Fee: Missing Loop, missing microfiber bag, or opened tempered glass → 25% deduction from refund.
⚠Please Note:
- Loopy is not responsible for return shipping issues. If a package is lost in transit, we are only able to issue a refund via store credit.
- Loopy reserves the right to evaluate and approve/decline all return requests.
